What I've experienced is gross ineptitude, complete inability to act as promised and generally horrible customer service at the point of sale. I have tried to be patient and empathetic upon each failure of this staff. I don't know if the staff is new or just untrained, but this is not a group to be trusted with something as important as my prescriptions.
